Torn limb by limb Drowning in retribution
Clouds of blood
Negative buoyancy
Sinking 'til you're losing mental stability
Your blood and heart rate attract the hungry
No longer the apex predator
You're just what's for dinner
Eaten alive and all you hear are the bloodied cries
No longer will you sell my fins
This slow and painful death is how it was meant to be
The bottom feeders will feed on your squirming body
Step into my world time gets thinner
Desecrate your vile remains
Human limb soup is a delicacy
Your organs will occupy my belly
Swim toward the surface
Uncontrolled descent
Gushing blood all over
Swim toward the surface
Uncontrolled descent
Gushing blood all over
(A worldwide slaughter, about a hundred million sharks a year are killed by humans. Shark populations have declined by 70 to 90 percent worldwide, depending on the species. 18 shark species are listed as endangered. And most of them are dying for one thing-- soup.)
Waiting for the ravenous critters to nibble and tear
Fear never felt so real
Death is imminent and beckoning for you

Heaviest thing I’ve heard all year along with Altarage. Okay I’ve been listening to this record for the past two weeks and it just gets better and better. Dissonant grooves galore Jacob Ballance

The song structures say Gorguts by way of Ion Dissonance. Guitar tone says Gojira by way of The Red Chord?! Interesting stuff, a big step up from their last album. Ghuughra

Californian quartet defining themselves as Sci-Fi black metal, maybe due to cosmic and interstellar topics, sounding like blackened death metal too ("The Maw"). It's a well-balanced melodic black metal album, with some fast-paced tracks and nice rhythmic transitions reminding me of Swiss band Celtic Frost (e.g. Terminal Odyssey). In other words not overly dominated by drum speed and also not sounding as extreme or as raw as some BM can be. sachavonkarl74
